What happens next
We read the document and check what the receiving authority requires. Within one working day you receive by email a written quote stating the type of translation or procedure, the cost of each item, the stamp duty and courier where applicable, and the delivery date. If a step must be taken in your country first, such as an apostille on the original, we tell you which office to approach and what the document must look like when it arrives. Once you confirm, we start, and you can pay by bank transfer or by card online. For recognition procedures and Blue Card files the first step is a consultation by video call, which the quote covers.

Is the quote free and binding?
Yes. The quote is free, with no obligation, and the amount stated is the amount invoiced unless you change the assignment. Stamp duty and courier are shown separately.
How soon can I have the translation?
Certified translations of standard certificates are usually ready within one or two working days, sworn translations within two or three, because the oath is taken at the Court. Legalisations and recognition procedures depend on the offices involved and the quote gives a realistic estimate.
Can I send the documents on WhatsApp instead of the form?
Yes, at +39 335 679 2461, with the same information: what the document is, who it is for and when you need it. The number is answered from Monday to Friday during office hours, and on public holidays for urgent matters only.
What do you do with my documents?
They are used only to prepare the quote and, if you confirm, the work. They are stored on protected systems for the time required by the assignment and by law and deleted on request once the work is complete. Our collaborators are bound by confidentiality agreements.
