The firm answers the telephone and WhatsApp from Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 13.00 and 14.00 to 18.00 Rome time, and receives visitors at the office by appointment. On Italian public holidays we answer on WhatsApp for urgent matters only. For a quote, a legible scan of the document is enough: the written reply arrives within one working day. We correspond in English, French, Spanish and Italian.

Visits by appointment
We receive at the office by appointment, so that each file gets the time it needs and the papers are ready when you arrive. To arrange a meeting, call or write on WhatsApp stating the type of document and your preferred date. Originals are handed in and sworn translations collected at the office or sent by courier, in Italy and abroad. Clients abroad rarely need to come to Rome: scans, email, video calls and couriers cover almost every case.
How to send your documents
- Legible scans in PDF or sharp photographs, with every page, stamp and any apostille.
- Tell us the target language, the authority the document is for and the date by which you need it.
- For recognition procedures attach the degree, the transcript or syllabus and, if you have them, the Dichiarazione di valore or the CIMEA statement.
- Originals are needed only for the oath or the legalisation, and only in some cases: we tell you when to send them.
