Godgul and Sungul are alternative alphabets for English, Korean, Chinese,
Japanese, French and German invented by Kim Godgul. These alphabets are based
on Korean hangul with a number of extra letters, and

In Korean, gul (글) means text, script, sentence, word, letters,
god is an old word for flower (꽃), and sun (순) has
a number of meanings, including innocense, mild, smooth, and pure.

Notable features

  • Written in horizontal lines from left to right or vertically in
    columns running from right to left.
  • Type of writing system: alphabet
  • Used to write: English, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, French and German.
    Will be adapted for other languages, such as Arabic, Russian, Spanish and Czech,
    in the future.
