Cayuga (Goyogo̱hó:nǫ’)
Cayuga is an Iroquoian language spoken mainly along the Grand River in
southern Ontario, Canada by about 100 people. A number of Cayuga elders
in New York state also speak the language.
There are a number of different spelling systems for Cayuga. Alternative
spellings are shown in brackets.
